Kite Hill

The Kite Hill community sits on a hill in Laguna Niguel – less than four miles from the beach. Its homes were built between 1978 and 1988. There are a total of 301 homes in Kite Hill – all detached and between 2200 and 3500 square feet. Most of the homes in Kite Hill consist of two-stories. The neighborhood is enjoys cool breezes due to its topography and location adjacent to Crown Valley. With relatively large lot sizes, there are numerous cul-de-sacs and many view view homes. Kite Hill has a beautiful park in the center and boasts a large pool, and four lighted tennis courts.
