El Niguel Heights

The El Niguel Heights community is located just south of the El Niguel Country Club golf course in Laguna Niguel. This is an upscale area that was first developed in 1977 and features three to six bedroom homes that range in size from 2,040 to 3,900 square feet. There is a nice combination of one and two story houses here with lot sizes starting at 6,215 square feet. Many of the properties will offer large backyards and many with private swimming pools.
