Emerald Ridge

Emerald Ridge is a prestigious guard gated community located right off Pacific Coast Highway in Monarch Beach. It’s ideally located near the Salt Creek Beach Park, the St. Regis Monarch Beach, Ritz Carlton and the Montage Resort. The homes in this neighborhood were first built in 1997 and continued through 2006. There is a nice variety of one and two story detached homes in this community. Sizes range from approximately 2,200 to 6,000 square feet. Many properties in Emerald Ridge offer ocean views. HOA dues include the guard gated entrance, community park, two tennis courts and an association clubhouse.
