Ata Boroumand is a retired civil engineer and an active California real estate broker. Between 1969 and 1990, he practiced civil engineering, was involved in urban planning and development and became a project manager in charge of the development and construction of residential, commercial, and recreational projects. In 1990 he became a California licensed real estate broker specializing in commercial real estate—representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in commercial real estate transactions throughout Orange, San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties in Southern California.
